Alma Soler Creations

Each piece from Alma Soler Creations is made exclusively for you at the time of your order — including canvas, framed prints, posters, throws, throw pillows, tote bags, mugs, candles, and all wall art. Because every item is produced individually after your order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference, color, or personal preferences.

Physical Products — Damaged, Defective, or Manufacturing Errors

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, including photographs of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost when applicable.

Digital Products — Final Sale, Non-Refundable

Please read carefully before purchasing digital products.

All digital products sold by Alma Soler Creations — including music downloads, digital books (PDF, EPUB), and digital art prints — are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered or made available for download, regardless of the reason.

By purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement for a physical product, please contact info@almasolercreations.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. Our team will respond within two business days.
